SwiftDrop

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or booking a delivery on SwiftDrop Logistics ("SwiftDrop", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SwiftDrop is an on-demand parcel booking platform that connects senders with independent drivers. We facilitate bookings, tracking, OTP-verified handover, and payment — but the driver, not SwiftDrop, performs the physical transport.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 to book a delivery. You are responsible for the accuracy of pickup/dropoff addresses, receiver details, and parcel contents, and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Prohibited items

You may not ship: cash, illegal drugs, firearms, hazardous materials, perishables without prior arrangement, live animals, or any item prohibited by Nigerian law.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted at booking and calculated from distance, weight, and service tier. Payment is due at booking. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected method.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking free of charge before a driver is assigned. Cancellations after driver assignment may incur a fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Liability

SwiftDrop's liability for any lost or damaged parcel is limited to the declared value or ₦50,000, whichever is lower, unless a higher declared-value option was purchased at booking. We are not liable for consequential losses, delays caused by force majeure, or damage from improper packaging.

8. Driver conduct

Drivers must be approved through our onboarding process, hold a valid licence, and comply with local traffic laws. We may suspend drivers who breach these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect 14 days after posting.
